Launchstack is a design and product‑development service that handles founders’ design, user‑experience and investor pitch decks so that founders can focus on building their productsrubik.design. It includes offerings such as landing‑page design, MVP design and pitch‑deck creationrubik.design.

Rubik takes privacy seriously and is committed to complying with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information in different ways depending on how you interact with our Site.

• Contact and onboarding information. When you express interest in Launchstack, fill out a form (for example, the “Get started” form) or book a call, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, job title, company name and other identifiers. Launchstack’s onboarding process often involves sharing documents, sketches, napkin notes or voice memosrubik.design, so any information contained in those files will also be collected.
• Payment and billing details. If you purchase a package (such as the Essential or Fast‑Track plan)rubik.design, we may collect billing address, payment method and transaction details through our third‑party payment processor. Rubik itself does not store full credit‑card information; payment is processed through a secure third‑party provider.
• Communications. We collect the content of messages you send us (via email, chat or Slack) and any responses when you contact us for support or provide feedback during daily check‑insrubik.design or revision roundsrubik.design.

1.2 Information collected automatically

If you give us access to those platforms or upload assets to them, we may collect information from within those accounts (such as design files, comments or collaboration history) as necessary to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

This includes reviewing your sketches and notesrubik.design, incorporating feedback during daily check‑insrubik.design, and delivering final assets.
