Welcome to Rubik (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your relationship with Rubik, including any services we provide, and your use of our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 Scope

Rubik offers design-oriented solutions, including (but not limited to) web design, No-code website development, user experience audits, and design consultations. Specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement, statement of work, or invoice for each project.

1.2 No Development Services

We focus on design and use no-code tools where applicable; we do not provide custom development or branding services.

1.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services or any part thereof at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance of any significant changes.

2. Project Deliverables

2.1 Ownership

• Client Content: Any content you provide (text, images, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify this content as necessary to perform our services.
• Design Assets: Final design deliverables will be transferred to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you provide a written request not to.

2.2 Revisions

Our proposal or statement of work will outline the number of revisions or design iterations included. Additional revisions requested beyond this scope may incur extra fees.

3. Payment Terms
